KDK Acres & Ample Acres Boer Goats is a small and newly founded opperation located in Zanesville, Ohio.  It is co-owned and opperated by Meagan Bennett of Ample Acres and Kelsey Brock of KDK Acres, who both felt a need to become more involved in the production of the Boer as a meat animal.  Our goal is to produce well built, meat type animals for the meat market as well as production does of the same meat quality. 

       We first became interested in founding this buisness for our Supervised Agricultural Expierence programs that are provided through our FFA groups.  After much planning and consideration, and a little money help from the parents, we purchased our first does in March of 2005.  Over the past year we have continued to grow and are expecting our first kid crop this fall.
